Confidant

Mawteni has employed a confidant who can be contacted in confidence, in other to discuss matters of boundary crossing behavior, like bullying, discrimination or sexual intimidation.
The confidant will talk with the victim or the accused and investigates where the person whom the confidant discussed with can go for support and which steps have to be taken.

Besides that the confidant helps the board to prevent boundary crossing behavior through policy.
The confidant of Mawteni is not part of the board.
He does have a clear point of contact in the board.
